Rasa Open Source Settings

These settings only work if you deployed Rasa Open Source via the Rasa Enterprise Helm chart. It's possible to deploy Rasa Open Source using the Rasa Enterprise Helm chart, but this option is deprecated and will be removed in the future.

Configuring Messaging and Voice Channels

To configure the messaging and voice channels for Rasa Open Source servers started by the Rasa Enterprise Helm chart, add the credentials that would usually go in credentials.yml in values.yml as is done in this example:

      user_message_evt: user_uttered
