## How do I test my custom actions?

Can you try to use this:
```python
return [Restarted(), FollowupAction("action_session_start")]
```
This is what we use in the financial-demo starter pack. (See [here](https://github.com/RasaHQ/financial-demo/blob/149252a47f6c95b67a842162315b2c06741ba22d/actions/actions.py#L744))

That’s interesting [@amina_anvar](https://forum.rasa.com/u/amina_anvar). Rasa doesn’t have a direct solution for this. But you can try to call an api(in the custom action) like ‘kong’(there are other APIs too) which can basically solve your problem by limiting the number of times the users that can have a conversation with the bot per day…

Solved the issue. The model was trained on spacy v2.2.4, while the docker container where the model was deployed had spacy v2.3.0.
