# Having error when trying to send a greating massage

I'm using cohere API key, first I’ve runned `rasa init --template tutorial`, then I have runned `rasa train`, finally `rasa inspect`, on [http://localhost:5005/webhooks/inspector/inspect.html](http://localhost:5005/webhooks/inspector/inspect.html). # Rasa Pro installation taking too long on Ubuntu

When I'm running the thread line I am running into this error:

`error: No Python interpreters found in virtual environments`

I'm using venv on WSL2 (Ubuntu distro).

# Rasa Pro 3.8 and above is taking hours to install via pip

I have the same issue, it is taking hours and after all this time it runs into timeout error because it is not supposed to take that long. What should I do?
