Thank you yashwant. I had installed it. Latest 2019 version but error is still there. I have tried installing lower version but it’s still having twisted wheel issue.

I tried downloading python 3.5 and install rasa nlu it is still having twisted wheel error.

I have downloaded python3.6 as python 3.7 was giving error while installing tensorflow. Now when I am installing rasa core its showing error “twisted.test”.
