Thank you for your fast reply. Previously when I used Action server in Docker container I used requirements.txt and also Dockerfile to build action server but according this official guide

First initialized rasa with following command

docker run -it --rm -v $(pwd):/app rasa/rasa:2.8.13-full init --no-prompt

You could use something like this, just add reset if user sends new message

What you mean local. What is your command to start rasa? You mean to Rasa endpoints or where? What is your chatbot’s front end i.e. chatbot window

### Docker: invalid reference format
Try folder names lowecase i.e. \\Program → \\program
### Reusing same intent twice in story gives wrong actions result
There is no way Rasa can separate which action to take if intents are the same. Make two different stories with different intents.
## RASA INIT Error - monitoring.py
Ok, there might be issue with your virtual environment, they do separate most of things but not all and that’s why your first environment works and second not. I have noticed that in other projects when using conda virtual environments. So if your need is run multiple chatbots in same machine, I recommend to use separate environments.
