## Cannot use ConveRT featurizer

I have faced the same issue. It seems to be associated to the tokenization.  
To solve it I have replaced the [ConveRTTokenizer](/content/docs/rasa/nlu/components/#converttokenizer/index.html) to [WhitespaceTokenizer](/content/docs/rasa/nlu/components/#whitespacetokenizer/index.html).  
Replace the code in your config.yml file to:

```yaml
language: en
pipeline:
  - name: WhitespaceTokenizer
  - name: RegexFeaturizer
  - name: Le…
```
