Slot values getting duplicated

I’m assuming that you already know how to use that api.

Look if there is a way to get every drug name that api has and save them to a list.

Write a script that uses that list to create a lookup table.

Write a custom action that calls that api.

Add a few examples of intents and stories for the interaction.

Yes, you would create a “submit” custom action. Here’s an example in our financial bot. Look at this rule and you see that it calls action_transfer_money when the form is complete. This action runs the code that was done under the 1.0 form submit call.

And you can see the custom action here which runs the code.

Each form should have a unique name. If each form asks for different slots or asks for the same slots in the same way, you can just use the utterance template utter_ask_{slot_name}. If you have different forms asking for the same slot and you want to do it in different ways, you can use: utter_ask_{...}.
