I am the CTO of NeuralSpace.ai which is a SaaS company that develops Natural Language Understanding (NLU) tools for low resource languages like Indian languages, Southeast Asian languages. I have an affinity towards Artificial Intelligence (specifically Machine Learning and Deep Learning) and my goal is to bring state of the art NLU research into our SaaS products.

My research interests are Sequence Learning, Attention-based models, Machine Reasoning (Memory Networks), Generative Adversarial Networks, Sequence to Sequence Models, Siamese Network, Natural Language Understanding using Deep Learning, and Handwriting Recognition in Air. Apart from my interests in AI, I also like software architecture and design and test-driven development.

My recent scientific contributions are:

Subword Semantic Hashing for Intent Classification on Small Datasets
AirScript, a novel approach for writing in air
TAC-GAN a Generative Adversarial Network for generating text to Image.

I worked as an Applied Research Scientist at Element AI, Montreal, where my job was to understand the state of the art NLP research and integrate them with existing products. Before joining Element AI I worked at Insiders Technologies GmbH, Berlin, where we built a proprietary chatbot framework. Initially, my work at Insiders was related to Natural Language Processing and Question Answering, both using Deep Learning. Apart from this, I have been involved in developing a Deep Neural Network Model for fraud detection.

In Germany, I have also worked at the German Research Centre for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI) in their Multimedia Opinion Mining team. I have also worked in the Computer Graphics and Human-Computer Interaction Department at the University of Kaiserslautern, in a project with Volkswagen for developing/maintaining a GUI for Quality Assurance of automobile parts.

In India, I worked as a Software Engineer at Reverie Language Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Being a part of a startup I gained the experience of being a full stack developer, as well as, learned to work as a family and solve real-life problems. Before Joining Reverie, I underwent training at Tata Consultancy Services Limited.
