Hi All, This is Chandan from Mahindra Comviva.
I am working as a Principal Architect and I’m head of Innovation here.

I bring more than 14 years of industry experience. In these years I have co-founded couple of start-ups (MiClient and Stem Group) and extensively worked with Haryana government (India) in their start-up acceleration programs. Along with working in the start-up community, I also have experience in product management and customer experience roles with Organisations like IBM and Intuit (QuickBooks).

We have better understanding of the NLP Chatbot and have started the development accordingly.

NLP Chatbot Development

We have a rule based chatbot in our organisation and we are looking forward in taking it to the next level and get a complete NLP based Bot.
We have already installed RASAx and have started development with it.
However, as this is our first time with NLP engine and we don’t have a complete NLP expert.
