Rasa supports [hand-off to human](/content/docs/rasa/dialogue-elements/guiding-users/#handing-off-to-a-human/index.html), but to implement it you would beed a connector which supports inviting live agent to a conversations. I know that SalesForce is the one does and I am aware of some teams who implemented human handoff through that.

As [@cck197](https://forum.rasa.com/u/cck197) [said](http://forum.rasa.com/t/using-https-in-rasa-x-instance-using-google-cloud-kubernetes-engine/27764/6) you would create a DNS A record with your favorite DNS provider. If you’re using GCP for DNS, lookup their Cloud DNS service to setup the domain but you can use any DNS service. I like namecheap both because of their pricing and because DynDNS is included.

I’m looking at a couple of things in the slack connector and will get back regarding the buttons. I also ran into an issue with that.

I don’t think so buttons will be available for Voice and for sms you can show buttons as menu form just like ordered list.

I will show it in the other part of the video. Sorry as of now I can’t share slack connector file as there are some changes needs to be done, but I will share it soon

In your initial install, it looks like you followed the steps to install the Enterprise version of our product but you were not able to install that version without an enterprise key. You solved it by grabbing the open source repos.
