I work with Rasa framework in my daily life. I had the need to measure the quality of the trained model. So, I decided to create this open source project to help me with this problem.
The rasa-model-report generates a complete report with information about the health of the trained model.

Working with Entities

I think that the get_latest_entity_values() method does not return the normalized value. To get the normalized text, I think you should use the tracker.latest_message["entities"] property and filter by the entity duration.

Example:

#If there are other entities in the list, it will be filtered to return only entities of type "duration"

Changing Button Type in Telegram Channel

Hi everyone!
I don’t really like the layout of the inline buttons on Telegram, as there is little space for text. In the Rasa documentation it is not clear to me. So I’m creating this topic to facilitate the community.
To change the type of buttons, just pass the button_type parameter in the utter_message method to customize the appearance of your buttons.

The dispatcher is only for sending messages. It is possible to store the data in a database, but it is necessary to use a specific lib for this. For example: to work with MongoDB, you can use the pymongo library.
