We’re building Libbie, a chatbot designed to support the mental health needs of women of color. We’re seeking someone who can help us develop an effective machine learning solution that improves our users’ experience each time they interact with Libbie. The founder is based in US-NYC.

Tasks:

• Export Libbie chatbot prototype to Rasa
• Train bot to strengthen its natural language capabilities
• Research and test user flows to improve its conversation design
• Assist with the planning, development, and execution of user testing
• Other duties as instructed

Qualifications:

• A creative and outgoing attitude
• An interest in conversation design, digital health, entrepreneurship
• Degree in computer science, information technology, and/or experience creating apps for iOS or Android
• Knowledge of chatbot development or other AI, machine learning, and/or Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies
• Knowledge of natural language tools like Node.js, AWS Lambdas, Python, and API.ai
