Rasa webui only shows rasa is running, nothing more

Hello my name is Sascha, my knowledge of computers is 0. It took me 2 weeks to install Rasa on my Windows PC. I was probably about to throw the computer out of the window 100 times because the command line showed me that some QL or other crap was missing that I had no idea about. After a terrabyte of hard drive garbage, I managed to get the Rasa installation completed successfully. My wife and I celebrated with a bottle of champagne. After that it actually happened relatively quickly. Now I’m at the point where I have a network address, I call it up and then it says: rasa.version is running. no input and nothing. The problem has been google that for a few days now and entering all these console commands but nothing changes. is there a trick? I have a Windows Computer and 100mbit Internet Connection.
