Rasa rasa-core rasa-nlu incompatible

When following the tutorial I am told to install rasa using the pip command, however, there are other two packages rasa-core, rasa-nlu which are not compatible among them, since they do have different set of dependencies, you cannot have both.
It is to my understanding that the rasa package has them both, however, the modules for rasa-core and rasa-nlu are not available when I just install rasa, it is very confusing and frustrating to deal with those packages to develop a chatbot.
