Hello everyone,

I’m seeking for guidance on Rasa pricing for a chatbot project that will handle approximately 500 conversations per month. I’m experienced with machine learning development and I’m keen on customizing the model to fit my specific needs.

I’m a bit unsure about the pricing options. Could you please clarify if there are any conversation limits for the Rasa Open Source version? Can I use it for an on premise service? Additionally, I’d like to get a rough estimate of the costs for Rasa Pro. Could you give me this information for helping me to make the best decision for my project?

• There are no conversation limits to Rasa Open Source
• You can definitely use both Open Source and Rasa Pro on-premise
