Hello @community!
We are extremely excited to announce the release of the Rasa Learning Center. The Learning Center is a place dedicated to developer education on the Rasa framework. Here, you can easily navigate through existing courses grouped by topic, and enhanced with copyable code snippets and examples. The Rasa Learning Center is launching today with five courses. Three of these courses are directly related to Rasa, while the other two are about topics in NLP in general.
- In the Conversational AI with Rasa course you’ll learn everything you need to know to start making virtual assistants with Rasa.
- The Rasa Forms course will teach you how you can request and store information from users using Rasa Forms.
- The Understanding Rasa Deployments course teaches you all about the underlying technology behind a Rasa deployment, including Kubernetes, Docker and Helm.
- The Transformers course explains how the modern transformers architecture works, and why.
- The Biased Embeddings course teaches you about bias in word embeddings and why you need to be careful when you use pre-trained embeddings in your pipeline.
So if you want to learn more about Rasa from beginner to more advanced topics, and don’t know where to start, head over to the Learning Center and start your Rasa developer journey!
In addition to launching the Learning Center, we are very excited to relaunch our Certification Exam, which you can take here. It’s a completely free course, and the best part? If you pass, you can download your certificate to share or print immediately! If you’d like a study guide, you can find one on the Learning Center.

@Juste This is awesome. I would like to take the certification exam but when I try to register for it, I keep getting this error (attached screenshot). Could you please let me know how to enroll in this?

@mpriya-sv & @BrookieHub: Certification should be up again, thank you for your patience and letting us know! (We got a big increase in number of exam takers and needed to upgrade our plan sooner than anticipated. )

Update in this thread: We just launched an updated experience in the new learning center: Rasa University. There we have a brand new Rasa Developer Foundations Certification. Its a self-paced, hands-on course directly in your browser that will allow you to get all the skills you need to start building Rasa agents in your projects. Its fully updated on the latest version of Rasa.
