Follow the below simple steps - (it takes some time to install)

1. pip install -U pip
2. pip install uv
3. uv pip install --extra-index-url [https://europe-west3-python.pkg.dev/rasa-releases/rasa-pro-python/simple](https://europe-west3-python.pkg.dev/rasa-releases/rasa-pro-python/simple) rasa-pro==3.8.0
