Not able to deploy Rasa bot in Azure web app service

Hi Team, I have try to deploy Rasa bot in Azure Web app service with Docker Container. I am try since 3 days but able to find issue why it is showing 404 error . Here i am sharing screen shot , docker files, and Azure container logs ZIP file.
