Hi Juste, I am Ari, We are looking to build a bot to handle OTRS tickets raised by our customers for support service, we want to provide a self-service solution for basic and frequent tickets. if new or complex tickets are raised we have add it to our KB and forward call to our service engineer, and iteratively improve the bot, when next time the same ticket arise the bot have to handle it. How RASA can help me for developing this bot.

Hi Everyone…
I m shivang patel from valsad(small city of Gujarat - India). I m crazy for linux and ML. Currently I am working with linux servers and ML related research in local company. In ML, I am very interested in deep learning and Image Processing. Apart from that, I can write a code or software or design architecture.
I know basics of NLP/NLU, and that’s enough for use a RASA. It’s a very easy to implement AI for chat bot without extra knowledge. Currently I m also working on chat bot using RASA for my company’s requirements. I m the one, who continuously encouraging other to work on AI (In my company).
In free time, I love to travel and test veg food and some reading(specially sifi) and talk with anyone who is very well in tech.

I am a software developer who manages a software development agency. I’m evaluating rasa for fun and interest, but pretending that I’m investigating the idea of an agent that encourages better and more consistent team communication across projects. e.g. a chatbot that nudges developers to occasionally describe their progress in github tickets, review each other’s PRs, improve the quality of bug reports, etc. I’m also interested in maybe doing some chatbot development for our clients, when we have experience with a few simple internal projects.
We do a lot of work with large complex enterprises, and it’s not unusual to find them entangled in 20+ years of accumulated rules and dogmatic process. I suspect eventually we may be able to use conversational AI to replace complex formal processes with more intelligently structured, finer grained interactions, even if they don’t look like “chat” in the typical sense. We also have clients with large unstructured document corpora, and they would like to extract more value from them, I’m interested in exploring chatbot interfaces as a kind of “concierge service” that might be more effective than recommendation engines because they use interrogation to access more contextual data and be smarter about assessing the user’s goal.
But really I just like playing with machine learning and rsa gives me a way to do that productively and build useful things.

Hello, I’m am Reinier, a Cuban that lives in Rio de Janeiro sorry to bother you. I am very excited with RASA an all the features that it have, Thank you all for that. But there is something that is keeping me very worried. I am developing a Telegram FAQ chat-bot and I need to use custom actions a lot ( mostly consuming sender_id and the message itself) the problem is there is no way to get the telegram user_name. There is any way to include the user_name on the tracker object? I saw that you answer most of questions on the forum , I hope maybe you can help-us.

I’m a NLP enthusiast looking for implementing a rasa-powered chatbot for educational purpose which ideally has conversational features as well as research-assistant ones (i.e. the ‘paper search’ assistant @Juste implemented during the PyData NYC 2018 conference I found on Youtube recently).
I first heard of rasa from a data scientist friend a month ago who stated you are the best at what you do. I do data stuff in a young EdTech-industry startup, looking to implement cool research around NLP.

Hi,My name is Adelegrace.I am a node.js backend developer working in Beijing.Now I am responsible for building a chatbot using the NLP Machine Learning Technology.I am also a learner of Fastai lesson1-lesson 12 2019 courses taught by Jeremy Howard. I installed the Rasa nlu and Rasa core today to be discoverded that It is based on the tensorflow and the dataset format of Json.which was far away from what I want to train the dataset of .csv and using the Pytorch DeepLearning. But I will give feed back by comparing the two different framework and dataset later.

Hello I am Cristian , I am an IT engineer and I have worked alot in to infrastructure and implementation , I do have couple idea that I would like to implement and started to learn Python alongside AI. I have lillte experience in programming but I am fighting my way in to this discipline. I do not know if here is appropiate to dicuss what I have found very difficult with RASA but will line-up few things tutorials are very few and those that are in place most of them are outdated. Rasa 1.0 has basically less than 10 video and probably less than 5 usuable. I have spent hours watching them and the only thing I have really manage to do successfully it was to install the default bot. What I would like to see rasa tracker export to sqllite3 - i know there is a text tutorial but for me as a beginner does not make much sense. I do need a bit more in depth information. I am looking at voice bots and will try to work with Google and Mozilla tools, hopfully will nail that. Also I would like to see some softphone integration with Rasa such as bot being able to receive a phonecall. Regards

We started off with an FAQ retrieval bot and I’m currently working on building conversational chatbots for a variety of usecases. I have been playing around with FSMs for dialog management and that’s when I stumbled upon Rasa. My name is Alan Niemies, I’m a brazilian physician and before that, I was a PHP/HTML/CSS programmer focused mainly in website development and SEO. I’m now interested in using Rasa to start exploring how chatbots and NLP could be used to help in reducing health costs through some interesting interventions.
I’ve come to know Rasa when I was exploring methods to develop my idea and I’m already in love with it! This will cut our R&D costs several times in this initial stage!

I prefer open-source software that I can deploy on-premise: RASA is the best-fit.
I am struggling today with the deployment of RASA due to UI constraints on Telegram or Slack: to display more than five buttons on a screen makes the bot unusable

Hi @Juste, and thanks for welcoming! The book is Building Chatbots with Python, by Sumit Raj. It is a somewhat short book (about 200 pages), and it covers Spacy (chapter 2), DialogFlow (chapter 3) and Rasa NLU (chapter 4). Cheers!

I’m Brandon “Bub” Janes, originally from Austin, Texas but now living in Córdoba, Argentina where I work as a python developer in data science and artificial intelligence for a company called Kunan, which specializes in Open Source software.
My background is in journalism. I wrote for several Texas newspapers before moving to Argentina, and I had a blog about Freedom of Information and Freedom of Expression issues, www.newstramp.com. I also love math and playing the fiddle.
In 2019, while taking a course in computational linguistics at the Universidad de Córdoba, I stumbled onto Rasa. It seemed to answer all of my problems at once; LSTM, dialogue manager and it’s open source! I am now building virtual assistants for companies in Argentina and beyond. I have big plans in 2020, among them contributing to the cause of conversational AI for Rasa.

Hi buddies, this is Kiran, I am working as data science enabler at CallHealth, technology enabled healthcare startup in India, CallHealth trying to provide health care services across the corners of India, I am building a chatbot which can handle multiple user queries and guide them to relevant services as quickly as possible, I used to work on building flows and dialogues in js but I’m familiar with python, so I one of my colleague suggested me RASA, I am contributing to RASA now, I made few tutorials which can explain how to use RASA endpoints using Postman, I am also contributing in GitHub docs to give clear guidance to new users of RASA about intent building, custom entity recognition etc. Great thought and looking forward to hear more from RASA.
