Hiya everyone,
I’m Remy and I work at Helpr (only in dutch, I’m sorry!). We design chatbots to help students aged 12-18 study their homework. We’re using the RASA framework to do so!
Expect a lot of questions from me since I have the feeling we’ll be pushing the limits of chatbot possibilities a lot. We’ll have to cram the whole educational curriculum for school subjects into one bot. That’ll be a blast!

Hello community. My name is Samuel and I’m student of electrical engineering from Slovakia, my interests are oriented in IOT, robotics, conversational systems but also things oriented in web developement like app back-ends or simply connecting multiple resources and apis into one useful working unit. I enjoy exploring new things but mostly technology and seeing it being proven to be useful when it is applied right way. I came across Rasa while i was comparing multiple frameworks for conversational chat bots when I was searching for a more capable replacement of AIML. Hi, I’m Jean from Belgium. I am currently studying NLP in the UCLouvain University. My master thesis focuses on chatbots, specifically on how to provide a data generation tool for the NLU component. My goal is to build a NLP tool wich would be able to construct relevant paraphrases of the train data (based on machine learning in Python). Juste I enjoy your getting started with Rasa NLU youtube tutorial so much I had decided to join this forum. I do want to learn the best I can from all of your experts help. Although it took me about 6 hours to install Rasa NLU and I am still struggling with trying to fix the error on my 64 bit - windows 8 machine. I believe got every dependencies install but when I tried to train the child bot on your small data example it show an error on rasa_nlu.converter not found. Can you help me got over this troublesome issue? is there a wheel I can install or is there away around this

Hello, my name is Joe Gianelli and I’m the CEO of Aaware Inc. We have developed a fully embedded voice platform that runs on the ARM A9 processor (Ubuntu 18.04) found in the Xilinx Zynq product line. Looking initially for a couple of things here in the RASA community. First is a consultant who can help pull together a simple NLU demo that interfaces with our captured speech. Second is tip on best TTS (speech synthesis) running in Ubuntu 18.04.

My name is Aisling. I guess you could say I’m a hobbyist. I’m looking into Rasa because I’d like to add more functionality to my twitter bot, right now she’s a very simple Markov Chain bot trained on my own twitter timeline. She can more or less reply to people, but only by mashing together things I’ve replied to people before. It’d be interesting if she could learn from both my interactions, and interactions she would have with people. Kind of like the abandoned microsoft tay project.
I might be a little over my head. I’ve worked with Machine Learning tools before and am no stranger to programming, but like I said, I’m mostly a hobbyist. Still I hope to learn a lot and have fun with this technology.

Hi Juste, I am Ari, We are looking to build a bot to handle OTRS tickets raised by our customers for support service, we want to provide a self-service solution for basic and frequent tickets. if new or complex tickets are raised we have add it to our KB and forward call to our service engineer, and iteratively improve the bot, when next time the same ticket arise the bot have to handle it. How RASA can help me for developing this bot.

Hi all, I’m Anthony, a philosophy undergrad from Singapore. I’m working with a team of student journalists, developers and designers to create a chatbot that would spur millennials to make reading news a daily habit and also to help them engage in discussions about news in their group chats. Hi Everyone…
I m shivang patel from valsad(small city of Gujarat - India). I m crazy for linux and ML. Currently I am working with linux servers and ML related research in local company. In ML, I am very interested in deep learning and Image Processing. Apart from that, I can write a code or software or design architecture.
I know basics of NLP/NLU, and that’s enough for use a RASA. It’s a very easy to implement AI for chat bot without extra knowledge. Currently I m also working on chat bot using RASA for my company’s requirements. I m the one, who continuously encouraging other to work on AI (In my company).
In free time, I love to travel and test veg food and some reading(specially sifi) and talk with anyone who is very well in tech.

I am a software developer who manages a software development agency. I’m evaluating rasa for fun and interest, but pretending that I’m investigating the idea of an agent that encourages better and more consistent team communication across projects. e.g. a chatbot that nudges developers to occasionally describe their progress in github tickets, review each other’s PRs, improve the quality of bug reports, etc. I’m also interested in maybe doing some chatbot development for our clients, when we have experience with a few simple internal projects.
We do a lot of work with large complex enterprises, and it’s not unusual to find them entangled in 20+ years of accumulated rules and dogmatic process. I suspect eventually we may be able to use conversational AI to replace complex formal processes with more intelligently structured, finer grained interactions, even if they don’t look like “chat” in the typical sense. We also have clients with large unstructured document corpora, and they would like to extract more value from them, I’m interested in exploring chatbot interfaces as a kind of “concierge service” that might be more effective than recommendation engines because they use interrogation to access more contextual data and be smarter about assessing the user’s goal.
But really I just like playing with machine learning and rsa gives me a way to do that productively and build useful things.

Hello, I’m am Reinier, a Cuban that lives in Rio de Janeiro sorry to bother you. I am very excited with RASA an all the features that it have, Thank you all for that. But there is something that is keeping me very worried. I am developing a Telegram FAQ chat-bot and I need to use custom actions a lot ( mostly consuming sender_id and the message itself) the problem is there is no way to get the telegram user_name. There is any way to include the user_name on the tracker object? I saw that you answer most of questions on the forum , I hope maybe you can help-us.

I’m a NLP enthusiast looking for implementing a rasa-powered chatbot for educational purpose which ideally has conversational features as well as research-assistant ones (i.e. the ‘paper search’ assistant @Juste implemented during the PyData NYC 2018 conference I found on Youtube recently).
I first heard of rasa from a data scientist friend a month ago who stated you are the best at what you do. I do data stuff in a young EdTech-industry startup, looking to implement cool research around NLP.

Hi,My name is Adelegrace.I am a node.js backend developer working in Beijing.Now I am responsible for building a chatbot using the NLP Machine Learning Technology.I am also a learner of Fastai lesson1-lesson 12 2019 courses taught by Jeremy Howard. I installed the Rasa nlu and Rasa core today to be discoverded that It is based on the tensorflow and the dataset format of Json.which was far away from what I want to train the dataset of .csv and using the Pytorch DeepLearning. But I will give feed back by comparing the two different framework and dataset later.

Hello I am Cristian , I am an IT engineer and I have worked alot in to infrastructure and implementation , I do have couple idea that I would like to implement and started to learn Python alongside AI. I have lillte experience in programming but I am fighting my way in to this discipline. I do not know if here is appropiate to dicuss what I have found very difficult with RASA but will line-up few things tutorials are very few and those that are in place most of them are outdated. Rasa 1.0 has basically less than 10 video and probably less than 5 usuable. I have spent hours watching them and the only thing I have really manage to do successfully it was to install the default bot. What I would like to see rasa tracker export to sqllite3 - i know there is a text tutorial but for me as a beginner does not make much sense. I do need a bit more in depth information. I am looking at voice bots and will try to work with Google and Mozilla tools, hopfully will nail that. Also I would like to see some softphone integration with Rasa such as bot being able to receive a phonecall. Regards

We started off with an FAQ retrieval bot and I’m currently working on building conversational chatbots for a variety of usecases.
