- conda create --name NAME python==3.8 conda activate NAME
- conda install ujson
- conda install tensorflow
- check for pip version: pip --version (Should be latest version > 21.1.x) pip install rasa==x.x.x (refer version below)
- down grade pip version pip install pip==20.2 --user
- pip install rasa-x==x.x.x --extra-index-url https://pypi.rasa.com/simple (refer version below)
Versions: python --version Python 3.8.0
rasa --version Rasa Version : 2.6.2
Minimum Compatible Version: 2.6.0
Rasa SDK Version : 2.6.0
Rasa X Version : 0.40.0
Python Version : 3.8.0
Operating System : Windows-10

@hoangnguyen1222 you need to re-install Anaconda, and need to install fresh environment. Can you please tell me one question, at the time creating conda environment did you separately install ujson and tensor flow?

here are the steps i do to create rasax
- conda create -n rasa python anaconda
- conda activate rasa
- conda install -c anaconda ujson
- conda install tensorflow
- pip install rasa==2.8.1
- pip install rasa-sdk==2.8.1
- pip install rasa-x==0.40.0 --extra-index-url Simple Index
- rasa x

Please follow these steps and stick on this please.
- conda create --name “Your_Environment_Name” python=3.8 or python==3.7.7
- conda activate Your_Environment_Name
pip install rasa==2.8.1pip install rasa-sdk==2.8.1rasa initto create the default projectpip install rasa-x==0.39.3 --extra-index-url https://pypi.rasa.com/simple- Error: ImportError: cannot import name ‘RowProxy’ from ‘sqlalchemy.engine’ install
pip install SQLAlchemy==1.3.22 - Error: Sanic install
pip install sanic-jwt==1.6.0 - Error: Alembic delete rasa and events .db files and it will automatically created when you run rasa-x
- run rasa x and you will be able to see rasa x in your default web browser
If you encounter any error do share me that and then proceed further.
Note: Do follow these steps a fresh approach please.
I wished this time you will be able to install and run rasa.
