Getting issue in stories.yml while train the project

Hi Team, I am working on forms example, giving information to bot and set the slots to bot. When I try to train the project getting below error in stories.yml Key ‘condition’ was not defined. Path: ‘/stories/4’

Environment details:
Rasa Version : 2.1.2
Rasa SDK Version : 2.1.2
Rasa X Version : 0.34.0
Python Version : 3.7.3

Please help me to sort out this issue.
