Buttons are disabled in RASA CALM

The buttons are disabled in the rasa calm.

I want the buttons to be responsive.

Buttons are not disabled in calm. If you look at the rasa-calm-demo, there are several buttons being used in there such as in this utter.

Is utter_ktm_choice the last step in your flow?

You may be seeing this issue because rasa sees the flow is completed and then triggers the pattern_completed so the bot says “Is there anything else you need assistance with?” so the buttons in the previous message are disabled.

If you have a branching step after utter_ktm_choice, then the issue might go away. I assume you want to branch on whatever button the user clicks. See here for what I mean by branching.
