Broad cast: send message to many sender_id

I want to send 1 message to many people with many sender_id.

but I don’t know how?

I found class rasa_core.dispatcher.Dispatcher.

but I don’t know how to init the object of class Dispatcher outside file actions.py.

It has 3 arguments:

1. sender_id: str
2. output_channel: rasa_core.channels.channel.OutputChannel
3. nlg: rasa_core.nlg.generator.NaturalLanguageGenerator

I know sender_id but arguments 2 and 3 I don’t know how to create, someone can help me, or give me an example to send message without in actions.py file.
